In the episode "The Dirty Dancing Dance" (317), Barry Goldberg wore his costume at the school's 1950s themed soda pop/sock hop dance. Previously in the episode, Barry clashed with his sister Erica regarding which 80s dance movie should inspire their act of defiance; she was unhappy when her attempt to recreate a romantic movie's "lift" was undermined by Barry's alternate movie costume and song choice.
